Shipping

Every piece is printed after you order. Delivery time = production (printing, finishing, packing) + shipping.

How long it takes (US orders)

• Shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Expect longer production around Black Friday and the holidays.
• If your order has items made at different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages.
• If we can't ship within the time shown, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• If checkout doesn't offer shipping to your address, that item can't ship there yet. Email us and we'll tell you what can.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.

International orders

If we add international shipping later, duties may apply.

Address errors

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to fix a mistake. After your order goes to print, we can't change the address. If a package comes back because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
