Privacy Policy

RAIDFISH STUDIOS ("we," "us") is a small independent apparel brand based in Washington State, USA. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our store or buy from us, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, and we don't sell your information.

What we collect

Order details. When you check out, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), and what you ordered.
Payment. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages. If you email us, we collect your email address and whatever you send.
Device and usage info. Our site uses privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies. Shopify's checkout automatically collects technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and approximate location, mainly for security and fraud prevention.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, including returns, replacements and refunds.
To answer your emails.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To send marketing email or texts, only if you opt in at checkout. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in the email, or reply STOP to texts.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to run the store:

Shopify runs our store and checkout. Shopify also uses data from stores on its platform for features like fraud detection and faster checkout ("Network Intelligence"), under Shopify's privacy policy. If you use Shop Pay, Shopify handles that under its own policy.
Printify and its print partners print and ship your order. They receive your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order details and related technical data.
Payment processors (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal) process your payment.
Shipping carriers deliver your package.
Vercel hosts our website.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising pixels or trackers on our website. Some US state laws give you the right to opt out of certain data sharing. Shopify provides an opt-out page for that here: https://ironfishstudios.myshopify.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out.

Cookies

Our website sets one cookie, which remembers your cart. Shopify's checkout sets its own cookies to process your order and keep checkout secure.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for tax and accounting, generally up to 7 years. We keep support emails for up to 2 years. Everything else, we keep only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. Email support@raidfish.com. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as tax records. We'll respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Where we sell

We currently don't sell to customers in the EU or UK. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Kids

Our store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable providers and secure our accounts with two-factor sign-in where it's available. No system is perfectly secure, though.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
